Refund Policy

1.Overview

Platerly subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised payment reseller and Merchant of Record. This means all payments, refunds, and billing support are handled directly by Paddle on our behalf.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2.Free Trial

2.1New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. The duration is displayed at the point of registration.

2.2No charge is made during the free trial period.

2.3At the end of the free trial, your account will not be charged automatically. To continue using paid features, you must manually select and purchase a subscription plan. No payment is taken without your explicit action.

3.Monthly Subscriptions

3.1Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.

3.2Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

3.3You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Platform until that date.

4.Annual Subscriptions

4.1Annual subscriptions are billed in full in advance for a 12-month period.

4.2You may request a full refund within 30 days of your annual subscription purchase date.

4.3After the 30-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain full access to the Platform for the remainder of the 12-month period.

4.4You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. If you cancel after the 30-day window, no refund is issued, but access continues until the end of the annual period.

5.How to Request a Refund

5.1All refund requests are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

5.2To request a refund, visit paddle.net and select the "Request refund" option, or use the "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email.

5.3If eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval by Paddle.

6.Cancellations

6.1You may cancel your subscription at any time through the admin dashboard at portal.platerly.app or via paddle.net.

6.2Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

7.Accounts Terminated for Violations

7.1If your account is suspended or terminated by Platerly due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.

8.Your Statutory Rights

8.1This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

8.2Paddle applies the highest applicable level of consumer protection rights by country. For full details of country-specific statutory withdrawal rights, please refer to Paddle's Refund Policy.

9.Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
